When testing your app and accessing your staging environment, you may want to create separate user accounts on Transform®:

  • When you first start using the platform, you can create separate accounts for different user types to understand what each user can do and test functionality

  • You may need to give one person multiple Transform® roles – for example, an organization admin may also need to be a group admin

It’s possible to create separate user accounts – but each account you create needs to have a unique email address.

Tip: Use a mail trap system

If you need to create multiple accounts, it’s worth using a mail trap system like ProtonMail to set up different email addresses.

A mail trap system allows you to create unique email addresses that are all linked to your original email address. This means all communications to the different email addresses arrive in one inbox – you don’t need separate inboxes. It’s a handy way to create unique email addresses and keep track of any communications related to them.

Once you’ve set up your new email, just add a “+anyphrase” after your email handle and this would generate a unique address that Transform® will recognise and accept.

Example:

Please note that depending on your organization’s policies and data security protocols, it may be worth getting approval before you use a non-work email provider to create accounts on Transform®.
