Operators are testers who use the mobile app to record results on behalf of test subjects. To add a new operator:
Select “Users” from the dashboard menu
Click “Add New User”
Complete the details
Under the “User Type” dropdown, select “Operator”
Click “Add New User” to save
This will send an invite to their email. They’ll then need to download the app from the app store and confirm their account (or they can confirm their account on the Transform® web service and then move over to the app - details can be found in the Operator guide).
Inviting and managing test operators is only available to Transform® subscribers who have activated Transform® Operator-led testing. If you’re not sure about the setup you have, your organization admin should have this information, or be able to find out.
