On the “Invites” tab, you can view the status of all invites you’ve sent and see if someone has registered or failed to register for Transform®. The options are:
Invite sent
Registration successful
Registration failed
If they have failed to register or their invite is still pending - it will say “Invite sent”, you can delete their invite and send them a new one.
You can also check the date the invite was sent. If the invite is more than a week old, you’ll need to delete it and send a new one - because the link in the invite email expires after one week.
