If a group admin or operator has forgotten their password, they can click “Forgot password?” on the login screen to reset it. If this doesn’t work, you can send them an email so they can reset their password:

  • From the dashboard menu, select “Users”

  • Select the user’s name from the list

  • Click “Edit this user”

  • Click “Reset password”

  • From the pop-up window, click “Reset password”

If the user is logged in when you do this, they will automatically be logged out of Transform® when they next click anywhere in the app. 

The user will receive an email so they can reset their password.
