If you’re an admin, a user may ask you for help to reset their password:

  1. From the dashboard menu, select “Users

  2. Select the user’s name from the list

  3. Select “Edit this user

  4. Select “Reset password

  5. From the pop-up window, select “Reset password

If the user is logged in when you do this, they will automatically be logged out of Transform® when they next click anywhere in the app. The user will receive an email so they can reset their password.
