If you’re an admin, a user may ask you for help to reset their password:
From the dashboard menu, select “Users”
Select the user’s name from the list
Select “Edit this user”
Select “Reset password”
From the pop-up window, select “Reset password”
If the user is logged in when you do this, they will automatically be logged out of Transform® when they next click anywhere in the app. The user will receive an email so they can reset their password.
