How do I help group admins or operators get started?

Once you’ve invited a group admin or operator to Transform®, they’ll be able to log into the dashboard and start using Transform®. Operators will also be able to use the same account details to log into the mobile app.

The best way to help them understand the platform is to send them a link to the Transform® knowledge base. There are specific sections for Groups and Operators that will tell them everything they need to know about how to use Transform® and the types of data they can access.
