How do I help operators and patients to get started?

When operators and patients first join Transform®, they may need some help to understand how it works and what they can use it for.

The best way to help is to send them a link to the Transform® knowledge base. There are specific sections for “Operators” and “Patients” that will tell them everything they need to know about how to use the Transform® mobile app to upload and view test results.
