As group admin, you’re responsible for inviting patients within your group to self-test and use Transform® to record their results.
To do this:
Select “Invites” from the dashboard menu
Click “Invite New Patient”
Enter the patient’s email and phone number - the patient will need to enter these exact same details when accepting their invite
Click “Invite New Patient”
The new patient will appear on your “Invites” list. They will then receive an email inviting them to sign up to Transform® and download the app.
Inviting patients is only available to Transform® subscribers who have set up Transform® for use with a Redeem invite and test workflow. If you’re not sure about the setup you have, your organization admin should have this information.
