When you’re ready to add a test record, the first thing you need to do is find the test subject on the system.
On the subject look up screen, enter the subject’s unique identifiers. If a test has previously been recorded for this subject, you will be taken to the next screen directly to record the result and details. If there are no tests previously recorded for the subject, you’ll need to create a new test subject.
If you’re looking for an existing subject, make sure you enter the unique identifiers correctly. If you enter one wrong character, the app will create a new test subject.
On the home screen, tap “Record a Test”
Enter the test subject’s unique identifiers, then tap “Continue”
If the subject isn’t in the database, a pop-up will ask if you want to create a new subject
To create a new subject, tap “Create” and continue with the test recording on the next screen
If you’ve made a mistake, you can enter an existing subject’s details again by tapping “Edit”
