If a patient asks you to send them a new email invite, you can do this via the “Invites” tab on the dashboard menu. First, you need to delete the original invite you sent them:
Find the user you want to send a new invite to
Click “Delete Invite” on the right-hand side
Click “Yes, Delete Invite”
Then invite the patient again:
Click “Invite New Patient”
Enter the patients’ email and phone number
Click “Invite New Patient”
You can only resend an invite to a patient with a pending invite. This means they haven’t responded to their invitation or they’ve failed to verify their details and don’t yet have an account on Transform®.
