If a patient asks you to send them a new email invite, you can do this via the “Invites” tab on the dashboard menu. First, you need to delete the original invite you sent them:

  1. Find the user you want to send a new invite to

  2. Click “Delete Invite” on the right-hand side

  3. Click “Yes, Delete Invite

Then invite the patient again: 

  1. Click “Invite New Patient

  2. Enter the patients’ email and phone number

  3. Click “Invite New Patient” 

You can only resend an invite to a patient with a pending invite. This means they haven’t responded to their invitation or they’ve failed to verify their details and don’t yet have an account on Transform®.
