As often as you’d like, but it’s best practice to change your Transform® password every few months, to make sure your account remains secure. To do this:
Log in to Transform®
Click on the icon with your initials in the top right of your Transform® dashboard
Click “Change password”
In the “Current password” field, enter your old password
Enter your new password
Click “Change password” to save it
Transform® won’t log you out, but you can manually log out and log back in with your new password.
You should also reset your password immediately if you think someone else has access to it. If someone tries to create a Transform® account using your email address, we’ll notify you – so you can check your account and reset your password..
