1. First, go to your inbox.

2. Next, look for an email from Transform Platform.

2.1. You may need to check your SPAM folders, too.

2.2. The sender will be Transform Platform Service Desk 24/7.

2.3. The subject line reads "Welcome to Transform Platform Service Desk 24/7.

2.4. Click on the email to open it.

3. Click on the sign-up link in the body of the email.

3.1. Clicking on this link verifies your email address.

4. Set New Password to finish setting up your account.

4.1. Type in your full name and your password in the fields provided.

4.2. Make sure you remember your password or make a note of it somewhere secure.

5. Click on Save and continue.

Click on Save and continue.

6. Done!

6.1. You are now logged in to the Transform 24/7 support desk.

6.2. You are greeted with the front page from where you can reports bugs, raise requests, ask questions and track the status of the tickets you've raised.

6.3. Feel free to save this as a bookmark in your browser for easy access in the future.
