The data you can see on Transform varies depending on whether you’re using the app on your phone or accessing the dashboard on a desktop.
You can see all the test results carried out by you and other operators in your group – and you can also tap on a test record to view details. However, you can’t drill down to more specific data on the app.
The dashboard shows you the heatmap with the locations of all tests carried out within your group. You can also view all tests carried out in your group via the main dashboard, or from the “Group” tab or “Tests” tab on the menu. You can click on an individual test subject to see their full test history. You can also see which operator carried out a particular test, but you can’t click on the operator’s name to view the full history of tests they’ve recorded. Only group admins can see that level of detail.
As an operator, you should use the mobile app to upload results. But you can also log in to the dashboard to view more data such as users and maps.
