What data is anonymized on my dashboard and why?

All of the data points that users enter when they record a test can be anonymized. The types of data the app captures depends on how the Transform® admin (subscribed Bond customer) chooses to set it up.
The Transform® admin and organization admin can’t see patient data – but the group admin can.

It’s worth being aware that there are two data points that are captured automatically. This means the user doesn’t need to enter them. They are:

• The date and time the test is recorded (this one is always visible on the test record for all users)

• The user recording the test (because they’re logged in to their account on Transform®
