If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgotten Password” on the Transform® app login screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Alternatively, you can change a known password. Log in to the app via a web browser, click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen, and click “Change password”. Enter your old password, your new password and click “Change password” to save. You can then log out by clicking your initials again and clicking “Log out”. Next time you log in, you’ll need to use your new password.
Your group admin can also trigger a password reset if you contact them.
