What type of patient am I?

There are two types of patient on Transform®:

  • Invited patient: You’re an invited patient if you’ve been sent an email inviting you to create an account on the Transform® app.

  • Self-registered patient: You’re a self-registered patient if you’ve been given a test or bought a test over the counter, then downloaded the Transform® app and registered your account.
