If a user is having difficulty getting started with the app or they’re not able to get to the test record screen, it may be because they are declining consent.
The user won’t be able to continue to use the app unless they give their consent.
They also won’t be able to complete the test recording unless they enable camera permissions while using the app - see “How do I record a test? / How do I enable camera access?”

Here’s what you can say to them:
To get started, open the app and log in.
The first time you do this, you’ll need to consent to the privacy policy and licensing terms. You won’t be able to use the app if you don’t do this. You’ll only be asked to give consent once.
After you’ve done this, you can record a test result straight away, or view any previous test results.
If you have any questions about the privacy or data processing, you can always find the consent form you agreed to and all the policies by going to < Menu - Consent or visiting the App & Product Info web page (again, navigate to the menu and you will see it there).
