Verifying an account after signing up is common practice and most people will be familiar with the process of confirming their email address in order to be able to use the app.
If a user claims they haven’t received a verification email after signing up, please follow these steps.

The email may not come through immediately. It usually takes a few minutes before it arrives.
Please reload the page a couple of times until the email shows up.
Different email providers user different sorting mechanisms and some letters might end up in your junk folder. Make sure you thoroughly check all folders on your email, including your SPAM.
You will recognize the email as it will have branding and it will come from sender InteliSwab® Connect.
The subject will typically say: “Please verify your email address” (but it may vary slightly)
After opening the email, click on the button that says Verify Email Address - that’s it.
Now log in the app with your email address and password.
If email hasn’t arrived in a few minutes, try to sign up one more time with the same details.
